Lamar Slay and Billy Goff formed the PCC Network in 2005 to be a resource for growing churches. Lamar had been in full time ministry for over 25 years, serving in some of the largest churches in America. As a consultant, he saw many churches searching for assistance in areas that were unfamiliar to them and often having to settle for less than excellent results, particular in the area of facility construction and expansion.
Billy Goff was a seasoned construction professional, having been involved in construction projects throughout North America and the world. He had recently felt God moving him to make a difference in the Kingdom by assisting Pastors and churches in building their facilities with excellence, creativity, and above all, an understanding that this was being financed with God’s resources.
Thus The PCC Network had it’s beginning. Later an architect was added to the team followed by a number of companies who all serve the local church in highly specialized fields. All of these companies are led by committed believers, involved in a local church, and committed to growing the Kingdom.
